This happened today.
This is what we have been waiting for.
It is kind of surreal that it has actually happened.
We actually got an offer on the house (that we accepted) 11 days ago. The 10 day option period expired yesterday and this sign went onto our “for sale” sign sometime today.
This is getting very real now.
