So we have gotten a lot of rain since I planted, but in spite of this my little container garden is doing fairly well.
The oregano loves the rain. It has perked up a lot!
The basil is just as content!
The rosemary has gone downhill since the rain started. We lost one plant in the transplant, the other is fading quick with all the rain.
I only got one of the zucchini plants in pictures. The other one is even bigger than this one. The zucchini is loving all the rain. It has flourished since the rain started.
The jalapeño peppers have really grown a lot with the rain as well. If the zucchini and peppers keep up their current rate of growth I may have to move the peppers!
And the poor lavender is struggling with the rain. It prefers a much drier setting. We will get rain all this next week. It only stopped just now long enough for me to get out and check on the plants.
Overall I am happy. I never imagined I’d get this much growth on anything but the basil. I’m probably going to need some zucchini recipes soon.
