I have learned not to ask

I have learned that there are some questions that you should not ask when my children are concerned. When Kyle is involved, this is especially true.

It was lunch time. Kyle was cutting the big block of cheese…

I look over and see this. I can do nothing but shake my head. This was the fourth configuration I had seen the knife in. I just had to ask Kyle, “What did the cheese do?” He had to response really, “It is holding the knife.” Yes, it is holding the knife.
I am not sure that this was the time to have another discussion on not hacking the cheese block. We did not have that discussion then. Somehow, I am not sure it would have made any difference.
