It might be cold outside, but it is going to be a beautiful day. Unlike the few previous days where the cold has been accompanied by rain and drizzle, today looks like it is going to be a chilly but clear day. They said on the news that it was below freezing. I was not sure I was hearing them right. Sure enough I was. It is a very chilly 27 degrees out this morning before you factor in the wind chill.
