They just said on the morning news that there is a cold front on its way. Wow! It is mid-May and we are going to be getting a cold front in Gulf Coast, Texas?!. Now this isn’t going to be a “freeze” type of cold front, but supposedly it should make our temperatures pleasant for a few days early next week.
They say that today we should get some rain – about lunchtime. I’ll only believe that when I see the drops falling from the sky with my very own eyes. The last time they promised us rain, we got NONE. Anyway, since I won’t hold my breath, the sprinklers are already running this morning. Of course the sky is really overcast…
