I am pleased to announce that I have finished my first knitting project of 2009. Well, not completely finished as I still need to weave in the ends of the yarn. I am excited that this little project whipped up so quickly in spite of my “learning” in the process. I have taken nicely to the “continental” method of knitting. I am still rather slow, but all in all I am happy with it. It does not seem so tedious.
I started this project on the evening of January 5, 2009. As of 8:30am, January 12, 2009, I have finished the knitting portion of the project.
